Privacy Policy

• In order for the Committee to receive your submission, we require your complete name and contact information for verification purposes.
• Your name and contact information will be entered into a secure database by committee staff employed by the Legislative Assembly.  Your personal information will not be disclosed to external agencies, institutions or individuals.  Your name will appear in the witness list at the end of the Finance Committee report, and it will appear online in the electronic copies of the Committee report on the Committee’s website.
• If you appear at a public hearing, a transcript of your presentation will be produced and made available online via the Committee’s website.
• During the consultation process and report-writing stage, only the committee members and Assembly staff have access to your input – whether expressed on line, in writing, or on video.
• Once the Finance Committee releases its report, any submission will be considered a public document that can be made available upon request to interested parties, with appropriate safeguards to protect personal privacy.
