Unavoidably Absent: Harry Lali, MLA (Deputy Chair)
1. The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m.
2. Resolved, that the Committee meet in-camera to prepare its draft report to the House and to review technical matters with Mr. David Loukidelis, Information and Privacy Commissioner. (John Rustad, MLA)
3. The Committee met in-camera from 9:08 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.
4. The Committee recessed from 10:55 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
5. The Committee continued its in camera deliberations from 11:01 a.m. to 12:05 p.m.
6. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Acting Chair, Leonard Krog, MLA, at 12:05 p.m.
