1. The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:07 a.m.
2. Resolved, that the Committee meet in-camera to continue preparation of its draft report to the House and to review technical matters with Ms. Sharon Plater, Director, IM/IT Privacy & Legislation, Ministry of Labour and Citizens’ Services. (John Rustad, MLA)
3. The Committee met in-camera from 8:08 a.m. to 9:52 a.m.
4. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 9:53 a.m.
