Terms of Reference
On September 14, 2009, the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia agreed that a Select Standing Committee on Legislative Initiatives be appointed for the 39th Parliament, pursuant to Section 9 of the Recall and Initiative Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 398.
