The Hon. C. Gabelmann rose on a point of order relating to a question asked by the Member for Okanagan West during Oral Question Period.

The Speaker took the matter under advisement.

The Hon. J. Cashore (Minister of Environment, Lands and Parks) made a ministerial statement relating to Earth Day.

Ms. Tyabji made a statement.

Mr. Serwa made a statement.

The Hon. M. Sihota (Minister of Labour and Consumer Services) made a ministerial statement relating to consumer purchase and lease practices of Ford Credit Canada Limited.

Mr. Farrell-Collins made a statement.

Mr. Hanson made a statement.

Mr. Wilson presented a petition.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Order for Committee of Supply called.

Pursuant to Sessional Order, the House resolved itself into Section A and Section B of Committee of Supply.

18. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $386,191 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Attorney General, Minister's Office, to 31st March 1993.

19. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $719,300,245 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Attorney General, Ministry Operations, to 31st March 1993.

20. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $28,681,838 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Attorney General, Judiciary, to 31st March 1993.

21. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $803,500 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Attorney General, Emergency Assistance, to 31st March 1993.

Section A having reported the last vote of the Estimates of the Ministry of Attorney General, debate on those Estimates was summarized, pursuant to Sessional Order of March 26, 1992.
