The Lieutenant Governor transmits herewith Bill (No. 36) intituled Employee Investment Amendment Act, 1992 and recommends the same to the Legislative Assembly.

Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 11) intituled Natural Resource Community Fund Act, a debate arose.

The debate continued. Mr. Mitchell moved the following amendment--
That this Bill not now be read a second time but that the subject matter be referred to the Select Standing Committee on Forests, Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources.

The debate on the amendment continued.

The amendment was negatived on the following division:
