The Hon. M. F. Harcourt (Premier) made a ministerial statement on the occasion of the Kamloops Blazers having won the Memorial Cup.

Mr. Wilson made a statement.

Mr. Weisgerber made a statement.

By leave, Mr. Jackson made a statement.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Pursuant to Sessional Order, the House resolved itself into Section A and Section B of Committee of Supply.

That the House, at its rising, stand adjourned for five minutes and that upon reconvening to sit not later than 10 o'clock p.m. this evening.

Bill (No. 9) intituled Social Service Tax Amendment Act, 1992 was committed, reported complete with amendment, and by leave read a third time and passed, on division.

Section 6, as amended, of Bill (No. 9) passed, on division.

Bill (No. 20) intituled Ministry of Municipal Affairs, Recreation and Housing Statutes Amendment Act, 1992 was read a second time.

By leave, Bill (No. 20) was committed, reported complete with amendment, and by leave read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 17) intituled Land Surveyors Amendment Act, 1992 was read a second time.

By leave, Bill (No. 17) was committed, reported complete without amendment, and by leave read a third time and passed.

A proposed amendment to Section 2 of Bill (No. 17) was negatived, on division.

Bill (No. 27) intituled Mineral Land Tax Amendment Act, 1992 was committed, reported complete without amendment.

That the Resolution for Third Reading of Bill (No. 19) intituled Financial Administration Amendment Act, 1992, be rescinded; that the proceedings on third reading of Bill (No. 19) be declared null and void, and that the Bill be recommitted in respect of Section 2.

Bill (No. 19) was recommitted.

The Committee reported Bill (No. 19) complete with amendment, and by leave read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 11) intituled Natural Resource Community Fund Act was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed, on division.
