By leave, Bill (No. 10) intituled Health Special Account Act was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Mr. K. Jones moved a proposed amendment to section 3 of Bill (No. 10) as follows:

SECTION 3, to delete after the word "authorization" the words "of the Minister of Health" and replace with the words "of the Health Special Account Advisory Board provided for under this Act".

SECTION 3, to delete the words "the administration, operation and delivery of health care" and replace with the words "recommended health care projects including support for urgent health services for individuals, special equipment for use in provincial health care facilities,".

2  Mr. Evans moved--
Be it resolved that this House, mindful that the cold war is winding down and that low level military flights represent a threat to the rights of aboriginal peoples and the environment, urges the Government of Canada to cease all low level military flights over British Columbia.

Motion agreed to.

And then the House adjourned at 12.45 p.m.
