Mr. Dosanjh presented the Second Report of the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills, as follows:

Honourable Speaker:

Your Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills begs leave to report as follows:

That the preamble to Bill (No. Pr 403) intituled Lower Fraser Valley Exhibition Association Amendment Act, has been approved, and the Committee recommends that the Bill proceed to Second Reading.

All of which is respectfully submitted.

By leave of the House, the Rules were suspended and the Report adopted.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Order called for "Private Members' Statements."

By leave, the House proceeded to "Public Bills and Orders and Government Motions on Notice.

The House resumed the adjourned debate on the amendment to the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 84) intituled Labour Relations Code.

The debate on the amendment continued.

On the motion of Mr. Gingell that the debate on the amendment be adjourned to the next sitting, the House divided.
