Prayers by Mr. Dalton.
On the motion of Mr. Weisgerber, Bill (No. M 205) intituled Recall Act was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.
On the motion of Mr. K. Jones, Bill (No. Pr 403) intituled Lower Fraser Valley Exhibition Association Amendment Act was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.
Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."
The Hon. A. Edwards (Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources) made a ministerial statement relating to the purchase of the Balmer and Greenhills mines.
Mr. Weisgerber made a statement.
The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."
The House resumed the adjourned debate on the amendment to the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 84) intituled Labour Relations Code.
The debate on the amendment continued.
On the motion of Mr. Jarvis, the debate on the amendment was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.
And then the House adjourned at 5.53 p.m.
