The House resumed the adjourned debate on the amendment to the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 84) intituled Labour Relations Code.

The debate on the amendment continued.

On the motion of Mr. Serwa, the debate on the amendment was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

And then the House adjourned at 11.56 a.m.

Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."

The Hon. T. Perry (Minister of Advanced Education, Training and Technology) tabled the Fourteenth Annual Report of the Science Council of British Columbia, 1991-1992.

The Hon. D. Zirnhelt (Minister of Economic Development, Small Business and Trade) tabled the Annual Report of the Job Protection Commission for the 10-Month Period March 4, 1991, to December 31, 1991.

The Hon. B. Barlee (Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food) tabled the following:

Annual Report of the Okanagan Valley Tree Fruit Authority, 1991-92.

Annual Report of the British Columbia Marketing Board for the year ended March 31, 1992.

By leave, Mr. Wilson tabled a copy of a letter from Ladner Downs dated November 2, 1992.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

The House resumed the adjourned debate on the amendment to the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 84) intituled Labour Relations Code.

The debate on the amendment continued.

By leave, the Hon. M. Sihota (Minister of Labour and Consumer Services and Minister Responsible for Constitutional Affairs) tabled the following:

Annual Report of the British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority, 1992.

First Annual Report on the Environment of British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority, 1992.

The debate on the amendment continued.

On the motion of the Hon. G. Clark, the debate on the amendment was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

The Hon. G. Clark advised that the House will sit Wednesday, pursuant to Standing Order 2 (2).

And then the House adjourned at 5.55 p.m.
