The Lieutenant Governor transmits herewith Bill (No. 23) intituled Education Statutes Amendment Act, 1995 and recommends the same to the Legislative Assembly.

Bill Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.

The Hon. E. Cull (Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations and Minister of Environment, Lands and Parks) tabled the Annual Report of the Business Done in Pursuance of the Pension (Public Service) Act, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 1994.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Order called for "Private Members' Statements."

By leave, Mr. de Jong presented a petition.

Order for Committee of Supply called.

Pursuant to Sessional Order, order called for Section B of Committee of Supply (estimates of the Ministry of Social Services).
