Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."

The Hon. J. Smallwood (Minister of Housing, Recreation and Consumer Services) tabled the British Columbia Housing Management Commission Annual Report for the period January 1, 1993 to March 31, 1994.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Order for Committee of Supply called.

Pursuant to Sessional Order, order called for Section A of Committee of Supply (estimates of the Ministry of Skills, Training and Labour).

Bill (No. 3) intituled Grains and Oilseeds Revenue Protection Plan Trust Fund Act was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 4) intituled Grazing Enhancement Special Account Act was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 19) intituled Home Owner Grant Amendment Act, 1995, a debate arose.

Bill (No. 19) read a second time, on division, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for commital at the next sitting after today.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 9) intituled Water Protection Act, a debate arose.

On the motion of Mr. Wilson, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.
