The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

87  The Hon. M. F. Harcourt moved--
Be it resolved that this House condemn the American Bonneville Power Administration for breaking a solemn commitment on the delivery and disposition of the Canadian entitlement under the Columbia River Treaty.

A debate arose.

The Hon. E. Barnes (Speaker) tabled the Auditor General's report of May 1995 entitled A Review of Contracts Between NOW Communications Group Inc. and the Government of British Columbia.

The debate continued.

Mr. Campbell moved an amendment to the motion.

The debate on the amendment continued.

On the motion of the Hon. G. Clark, it was Ordered that the House do stand adjourned until 2 o'clock p.m. Tuesday next.

On the motion of Mr. Evans, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

And then the House adjourned at 12.34 p.m.
