Bill (No. 16) intituled Class Proceedings Act was again committed.

A proposed amendment by Mr. Wilson on the Order Paper to section 37 of Bill (No. 16) was defeated, on division.

Section 37 of Bill (No. 16) passed, on division.

Mr. Wilson moved an amendment to section 38 (1) (b) of Bill (No. 16) which was defeated, on division.

Bill (No. 16) was reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Report to be considered at the next sitting.

28. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $10 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, British Columbia Utilities Commission, to 31st March 1996.

29. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $810,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, Resource Revenue Sharing Agreements, to 31st March 1996.
