Prayers by Mr. Conroy.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Pursuant to Order, the House resumed the adjourned debate on the Address in Reply to the Speech of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor at the opening of the Session.

The debate continued.

On the motion of Mr. Kasper, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

And then the House adjourned at 11.45 a.m.

The Hon. S. Hammell (Minister of Women's Equality) tabled the Ministry of Women's Equality Annual Report, 1994-95.

The Hon. D. Miller (Minister of Employment and Investment and Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing) tabled the BC Transit Annual Report, 1994-1995; 1995-1996.

The Hon. A. Petter (Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations and Minister Responsible for Intergovernmental Relations) tabled the Public Accounts of the Province of British Columbia for the fiscal year ended March 31, 1995.

The Hon. A. Petter (Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations and Minister Responsible for Intergovernmental Relations) sought leave to move a motion.

Leave was not granted.

The Hon. J. Cashore (Minister of Aboriginal Affairs) tabled the British Columbia Treaty Commission Financial Statements, 1995-96.

The Hon. D. Lovick (Speaker) tabled the following:

Auditor General 1995/96: Report 4 -- Performance Audit -- Ministry of Finance and Corporate Relations; and

Auditor General 1995/96: Report 5 -- Issues of Public Interest.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."
