Prayers by the Hon. J. Cashore.The Hon. U. Dosanjh (Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Multiculturalism, Human Rights and Immigration) presented to the Speaker a Message from His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, which read as follows:
The Lieutenant Governor transmits herewith Bill (No. 19) intituled Electoral Boundaries Commission Amendment Act, 1996 and recommends the same to the Legislative Assembly.

Further, that the House authorizes the committee to provide opportunities for all citizens of British Columbia, aboriginal and non-aboriginal, to express their views on these matters.
