2 The description of Gowlland Tod Park is amended

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Clayoquot District and lying within the following described boundaries:

Commencing at a point 501 metres North and 882 metres East, more or less, from the northeast corner of Lot 1423, said point also being on the westerly limit of an unnamed road right of way, said unnamed road right of way intersecting the northerly limit of the right of way of the Kennedy River Road at a point 23 metres North and 945 metres East, more or less, from the northeast corner of said Lot 1423; thence due North to the natural boundary of Kennedy River on the left bank thereof; thence in a general northwesterly direction along the natural boundary of said Kennedy River on the left bank thereof to a point 78 metres West and 1.130 kilometres North, more or less. from the northeast corner of said Lot 1423; thence southwesterly on a bearing of 269º 30' a distance of 239 metres, more or less, to a point on the natural boundary of said Kennedy River on the left bank thereof, said point being 317 metres West and 1.128 kilometres North, more or less, from the northeast corner of said Lot 1423; thence in a general westerly direction along the natural boundary of said Kennedy River on the left bank thereof to a point 394 metres West and 1.122 kilometres North, more or less, from the northeast corner of said Lot 1423; thence southwesterly on a bearing of 256º 30' a distance of 75 metres, more or less, to a point on the natural boundary of said Kennedy River on the left bank thereof, said point being 467 metres West and 1.104 kilometres North, more or less, from the northeast corner of said Lot 1423; thence in a general westerly direction along the natural boundary of said Kennedy River on the left bank thereof to a point 86 metres East and 269 metres North, more or less, from the northeast corner of Lot 1497; thence due South 269 metres, more or less, to the northerly limit of the right of way of aforesaid Kennedy River Road, said point being due East of the northeast corner of said Lot 1497; thence in a general southeasterly direction along the northerly limit of the right of way of said Kennedy River Road to the intersection of the westerly limit of the right of way of aforesaid unnamed road; thence in a general northerly direction along the westerly limit of the right of way of said unnamed road to the point of commencement; except thereout Sections 81 and 82, Alberni District (situated in Clayoquot District).

The whole containing approximately 11 hectares.

Lower Nimpkish Park

8 The description of Lower Nimpkish Park is repealed and the following substituted:

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with the foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Rupert District and lying within the following described boundaries:

Firstly: Commencing at the northeasterly corner of "Otsawlas" Indian Reserve No. 5 and being a point on the right natural boundary of the Nimpkish River; thence due North to a point on the middle line of the Nimpkish River; thence in a general northwesterly and southwesterly direction along said middle line to a point thereon being due East of the northeast corner of District Lot 1134; thence due West to the northeast corner of District Lot 1134; thence westerly along the northerly boundary of said Lot, 300 metres; thence on a bearing of 21º, 650 metres, more or less, to a point being 200 metres perpendicularly distant from the left bank natural boundary of Nimpkish River; thence in a general northerly direction along a line drawn parallel to and 200 metres perpendicularly distant from said natural boundary to a point lying due West from the easterly boundary of Section 28, Township 15; thence due North to a point lying 200 metres perpendicularly distant from the left bank natural boundary of Nimpkish River; thence in a general northerly direction along a line drawn parallel to and 200 metres perpendicularly distant from said natural boundary to the easterly boundary of Section 33, Township 15; thence southerly along said boundary to the intersection with the left bank natural boundary of Nimpkish River; thence due South to a point on the middle line of Nimpkish River; thence in general southerly and northerly directions along said middle line to the intersection with the easterly prolongation of the northerly boundary of Section 34, Township 15; thence easterly along said prolongation and northerly boundary to the intersection with the westerly boundary of District Lot 1577; thence southeasterly along said westerly boundary to the intersection with the easterly boundary of said Section 34; thence southerly along said easterly boundary to the intersection with the westerly boundary of said District Lot 1577; thence in a southwesterly direction along the westerly boundary of said Lot, 650 metres, more or less, to a point lying 200 metres perpendicularly distant from the right bank natural boundary of Nimpkish River; thence in a general southerly direction along a line drawn parallel to and 200 metres perpendicularly distant from said natural boundary to the intersection with the westerly boundary of District Lot 1577; thence in a southeasterly and southwesterly direction along said westerly boundary to the intersection with the easterly boundary of "Otsawlas" Indian Reserve No. 5; thence northerly along said easterly boundary to the northeast corner of "Otsawlas" Indian Reserve No. 5, being the point of commencement.

Secondly: All Crown islands and islets within the natural boundaries of Nimpkish River lying north of the easterly prolongation of the northerly boundary of District Lot 1134 and South of the easterly prolongation of the northerly boundary of Section 34, Township 15.

The whole containing approximately 200 hectares.

Parkinson Creek Park

9 Parkinson Creek Park is deleted.

Strathcona Park

10 The description of Strathcona Park is amended by striking out the paragraph beginning "Fifthly:" and the following paragraphs and substituting the following:

Fifthly: All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, in the McBride Creek area, together with the foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Clayoquot District and lying within the following described boundaries:

Commencing at a point 20 metres North from the centre line of a forest road, Permit No. R-07663, said point being 3.830 kilometres East and 1.295 kilometres South from the northeast corner of District Lot 1609; thence westerly and southwesterly along a line lying North of, parallel to and 20 m perpendicular from the centre line of said forest road to a point thereon, said point being southeasterly in a straight line on a bearing of 110º, a distance of approximately 990 metres from a point on the southwesterly boundary of the watershed of McBride Creek said point on the watershed boundary lying 1.068 kilometres East and 1.900 kilometres South of the northeast corner of District Lot 1609; thence northwesterly in a straight line on a bearing of 290º a distance of approximately 990 metres to aforesaid point on the southwesterly boundary of the watershed of McBride Creek; thence in a northwesterly direction along said watershed boundary to the intersection with the southerly boundary of Strathcona Park; thence easterly along said southerly boundary to a point thereon, said point being due North of the northeast corner of District Lot 748 and being a point on the westerly boundary of the watershed of Drinkwater Creek; thence in a southwesterly direction along said westerly watershed boundary to a point thereon, said point being 5.076 kilometres East and 674 metres South of the northeast corner of District Lot 1609; thence on a bearing of 240º a distance of approximately 1.25 kilometres to the point of intersection of the natural boundary of Great Central Lake, on the northwesterly shore thereof; thence due West, a distance of 164 metres to the point of commencement; and containing approximately 3 750.6 hectares;

Sixthly: In Clayoquot District, commencing at Belcher Point, said point being on the natural boundary of Shelter Inlet, on the southeasterly shore thereof and also being a point on the northerly boundary of Sulphur Passage Provincial Park; thence in a northwesterly direction in a straight line to a point, said point being 1.145 kilometres West and 543 metres South, more or less, from the northeast corner of "Wappok" Indian Reserve No. 26 and also being a point parallel to and 300 metres perpendicularly distant from the natural boundary of Shelter Inlet, the northwesterly shore thereof to a point thereon; thence due North, a distance of 247 metres; thence northwesterly on a bearing of 311º 30' a distance of 85 metres, more or less, to the westerly boundary of the watershed of Megin River; thence in a general northwesterly and easterly direction along the westerly and northerly boundaries of the watershed of said Megin River to the intersection with the westerly boundary of Strathcona Provincial Park as shown on Plan 1TU170 deposited at the Crown Land Registry Branch in Victoria; thence southerly along said westerly boundary of Strathcona Provincial Park to the intersection with the southerly boundary of the watershed of Shelter Creek; thence in a general westerly direction along the southerly boundary of the watershed of said Shelter Creek to the southerly boundary of the watershed of Wat-ta Creek; thence in a general westerly direction along the southerly boundary of the watershed of said Wat-ta Creek to the northerly boundary of the watershed of an unnamed creek, said unnamed creek flowing westerly into aforesaid Shelter Inlet at a point 903 metres West and 1.308 kilometres South, more or less, from the southeast corner of "Wat-ta" Indian Reserve No. 25; thence in a general westerly direction along the northerly boundary of the watershed of said unnamed creek to a point 342 metres West and 1.013 metres South, more or less, from the southeast corner of said "Wat-ta" Indian Reserve No. 25; thence southeasterly on a bearing of 155º 30' a distance of 2.045 kilometres; thence southwesterly on a bearing of 209º 30' a distance of 1.225 kilometres, more or less, to a point, said point being due South 985 metres and due West 630 metres, more or less, from the most northerly northeast corner of District Lot 663 and being a point on the easterly boundary of Sulphur Passage Provincial Park; thence in a northwesterly direction in a straight line to Belcher Point, being the point of commencement; except thereout "Wat-ta" and "Warrock" Indian Reserves, No. 25 and No. 26, respectively; and containing approximately 27 390.7 hectares (26 877.7 hectares of upland and 513.0 hectares of foreshore).

The whole containing approximately 245 779 hectares.

Tatshenshini -- Alsek Park

11 The name of "Tatshenshini -- Alsek Wilderness Park" is changed to "Tatshenshini --Alsek Park".
