51  Richmond East

The Richmond East Electoral District is all that portion of the Province of British Columbia contained within the following boundaries:

Commencing at the intersection of the middle line of the North Arm of the Fraser River with the centreline of Highway 99;

thence southeasterly along the centreline of Highway 99 to the centreline of Sea Island Way;

thence westerly along the centreline of Sea Island Way to the northerly prolongation of the centreline of Garden City Road;

thence southerly to and along the centreline of Garden City Road to the centreline of Blundell Road;

thence westerly along the centreline of Blundell Road to the centreline of No. 3 Road;

thence southerly along the centreline of No. 3 Road to the centreline of Steveston Highway;

thence westerly along the centreline of Steveston Highway to the centreline of Gilbert Road;

thence southerly along the centreline of Gilbert Road produced to the middle line of the channel of the Fraser River, flowing south of Woodward Island;

thence in general southeasterly and northeasterly directions along the middle line of said channel of Fraser River, passing to the south of Duck, Barber and Kirkland Islands, and to the north of District Lot 471, Group 1, New Westminster Land District and Deas Island, and continuing in a general northeasterly direction along the middle line of Annacis Channel, of the Fraser River, passing to the south of District Lots 516 and 517, Group 1, New Westminster Land District and to the north of Patrick Island, to the southerly prolongation of the westerly boundary of District Lot 758, Group 1, New Westminster Land District;

thence northerly to and along the westerly boundary of said District Lot 758 produced to the middle line of the North Arm of the Fraser River;

The Richmond - Steveston Electoral District is all that portion of the Province of British Columbia contained within the following boundaries:

Commencing at the intersection of the centrelines of No. 3 Road and Blundell Road;

thence southerly along the centreline of No. 3 Road to the centreline of Steveston Highway;

thence westerly along the centreline of Steveston Highway to the centreline of Gilbert Road;

thence southerly along the centreline of Gilbert Road produced to the middle line of the channel of the Fraser River flowing south of Woodward Island, north of Roberts Bank and south of District Lot 5738, Group 1, New Westminster Land District;

thence in a general northwesterly direction along the middle line of said channel of the Fraser River to a point lying due South of the most westerly corner of aforesaid District Lot 5738;

thence due West to the middle line of the Strait of Georgia;

thence in a general northerly direction along the middle line of the Strait of Georgia to the westerly prolongation of the centreline of Blundell Road;

thence easterly to and along the centreline of Blundell Road to the centreline of No. 3 Road, being the point of commencement.

The Saanich North and the Islands Electoral District is all that portion of the Province of British Columbia contained within the following boundaries:

Commencing at intersection of the middle line of Tod Creek with the westerly boundary of Section 15, Range 1 West, South Saanich Land District;

thence southerly and easterly along the westerly and southerly boundaries of said Section 15, Range 1 West to the northwest corner of Section 16, Range 1 East, South Saanich Land District;

thence southerly and easterly along the westerly and southerly boundaries of said Section 16, Range 1 East to the northwest corner of Section 17, Range 2 East, South Saanich Land District;

thence southwesterly following the middle line lying south of Hall Island and Norway Island and passing to the west of Secretary Islands and Jackscrew Island to the middle line of Houstoun Passage;

thence in a general southerly direction along the middle lines of Houstoun Passage, Stuart Channel, Sansum Narrows and Satellite Channel to the northerly prolongation of the middle line of Saanich Inlet;
