Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

The House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 51) intituled Nisga'a Final Agreement Act.

The debate continued.

On the motion of Mr. Janssen, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

And then the House adjourned at 5.05 p.m.

  58   The Hon. G. Clark to move--

That this Assembly recognize the contributions to achieving the Nisga'a Final Agreement made by the individuals who have served as ministers responsible for aboriginal affairs since British Columbia joined the Nisga'a negotiations and, on behalf of all British Columbians, expresses its gratitude to the present Member for Peace River South, Mr. John Savage, the Minister of Advanced Education, Training and Technology, the Member for Coquitlam-Maillardville and the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs.
