On the motion of Mr. Kasper, Bill (No. M 204) intituled Health Care and Emergency Services Sales Tax Exclusion Act was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.
The Hon. M. Farnworth (Minister of Social Development and Economic Security) tabled the BC Housing Annual Reports 1998-1999; 1999-2000.
The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."
On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 11) intituled Sex Offender Registry Act, a debate arose.

The Hon. G. Robertson (Minister of Energy and Mines) tabled the Ministry of Energy and Mines Annual Report, 1999-00.
The Hon. G. Janssen presented the Third and Fourth Reports of the Special Committee of Selection for the Fourth Session of the Thirty-sixth Parliament.
The Reports were taken as read and received.
By leave of the House, the Hon. G. Janssen moved that the Reports be adopted.
Motion agreed to.
The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."
