The Hon. G. F. Wilson (Minister of Forests) tabled the Forest Renewal Business Plan, 2001/2002.

The Hon. G. Janssen (Minister of Small Business, Tourism and Culture) on behalf of the Hon. E. Conroy (Minister of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries) tabled the following documents:

British Columbia Assets & Land Corporation Annual Report, 1999-2000; and

Ministry of Fisheries Annual Report, 1999/2000.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Bill (No. 14) intituled Muskwa-Kechika Management Area Amendment Act, 2001 was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 15) intituled Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 2001 was committed, reported complete with amendment and, by leave, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 22) intituled Provincial Court Amendment Act, 2001 was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 10) intituled Protection of Public Participation Act was committed.

The Committee rose, reported progress and asked leave to sit again.

Bill to be considered at the next sitting.

And then the House adjourned at 11.58 a.m.

Ms. Walsh presented the Report of the Select Committee on Forests, Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources for the Fourth Session of the Thirty-sixth Parliament.

The Report was taken as read and received.

By leave of the House, Ms. Walsh moved that the Report be adopted.

Motion agreed to.

The Hon. S. Hammell (Minister of Multiculturalism and Immigration and Minister Responsible for the Public Service) tabled the following documents:

Public Service Employee Relations Commission Annual Report, 1999-2000; and

Twenty-Fourth Annual Report of the business done in pursuance of the Public Service Benefit Plan Act for the year ended March 31, 2000.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Bill (No. 10) intituled Protection of Public Participation Act was again committed, and reported complete with amendment.
