Mr. Thorpe presented the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Reports of the Select Standing Committee on Public Accounts for the Fourth Session of the Thirty-sixth Parliament.

The Reports were taken as read and received.

Mr. Thorpe asked leave to suspend the rules to permit the moving of a motion to adopt the Reports.

Leave was not granted.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

The House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 20) intituled Drinking Water Protection Act.

The debate continued.

That the Order for Third Reading on Bill (No. 11) intituled Sex Offender Registry Act, be set aside and the Bill re-committed in respect of Sections 1, 5.1, 7, 8, 10, 18 and 21.

Motion agreed to.

Bill (No. 11) was re-committed, reported complete with amendment and, by leave, read a third time and passed.
