WHEREAS Yvonne Marie Coutu of West Vancouver, British Columbia, has by her Petition represented:

(a) that Hansler Ozone Canada Inc. (the "Company") was incorporated in British Columbia on December 9, 1987, under Certificate of Incorporation Number 337485 pursuant to the British Columbia Companies Act, SBC 1973, c. 18, in effect as at that date,

(b) that the company was struck off the Register of Companies for British Columbia on May 1, 1992, for failure to file Annual Reports,

(c) that a Notice was published in the British Columbia Gazette on March 26, 1992, pursuant to the Company Act stating that the Company would be struck off the Register of Companies and dissolved unless, within one month after the publication of the Notice, cause was shown to the contrary,

(d) that a Notice was published in the British Columbia Gazette on May 14, 1992, stating that the Company was struck off the Register and dissolved,

(e) that despite the Notices, your Petitioner, the lawful daughter, only child and sole Executrix of the Estate of her deceased father Leo Joseph Coutu (who died in New Westminster, British Columbia, on the 5th day of March, 2001) who was the sole shareholder (owning 100 Common Shares) director and officer of the Company, your Petitioner had no knowledge of the said dissolution nor of the publications in the British Columbia Gazette and continued to carry on the business of the Company as if it had not been dissolved,

(f) that it will not be possible to continue carrying on the business of the Company unless the Company is revived and restored to the Register of Companies,

(g) that since the Company is a Corporation to which the Company Act applies and since there is no provision in that Act for the restoration of a Company more than 10 years after it has been dissolved, the Company cannot be restored to the Register except by a Special Act of the Legislature of British Columbia.

AND WHEREAS Yvonne Marie Coutu has by her petition requested that it be enacted as follows, and it is expedient to grant the request in the petition;

THEREFORE, HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:
