22  The Hon. G. Abbott to move, in Committee of the Whole on Bill (No. 22) intituled Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services Statutes Amendment Act, 2003, to amend as follows:

SECTION 10, in the proposed amendment to Schedule 2 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, deleting "Chair" and substituting "Chief Executive Officer".
