20 The Hon. G. Abbott to move, in Committee of the Whole on Bill (No. 20) intituled Safety Authority Act, to amend as follows:
SECTION 2, by deleting the proposed subsection (1) and substituting the following:
SECTION 28, by deleting the proposed paragraph (a) and adding the following:
(a) a report on its operations for the preceding fiscal year, including a report of an independent auditor who was engaged to express an opinion on the authority's financial statements for the preceding fiscal year after an audit conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards; .
22 The Hon. G. Abbott to move, in Committee of the Whole on Bill (No. 22) intituled Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services Statutes Amendment Act, 2003, to amend as follows:
SECTION 10, in the proposed amendment to Schedule 2 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, deleting "Chair" and substituting "Chief Executive Officer".
23 The Hon. S. Santori to move, in Committee of the Whole on Bill (No. 23) intituled Procurement Services Act, to amend as follows:
SECTION 9, in the proposed section 9 by deleting "Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations" and substituting "Minister of Management Services".
