  2  Gary Coons, President, Prince Rupert District Teachers' Union, to ask the Hon. the Minister of Finance, regarding the Minister's responsibility for taxation, the following question:--
Generally speaking, all revenue collected from school taxes goes into the education system. Will the $187 million collected from the 3 year 2.5% increase go into the public education system?
 
  3  Jim Abram, Chair, Regional District of Comox-Strathcona, to ask the Hon. the Minister of Sustainable Resource Management, regarding the Minister's responsibility for Land and Water BC Inc., the following question:--
As the Minister responsible for Land and Water BC Inc., why have you allowed an agreement to sell the Lannan Crown Forest to a private company to be signed without consulting local government, First Nations or local community groups?

Now that the Geneva-based International Labour Organization has concluded that six laws enacted by the Legislative Assembly violate international covenants, will the government repeal Bill 18, Skills, Development and Labour Statutes Amendment Act, 2001, and repeal legislation that imposed settlements, forced an end to job action and altered contracts?
