5 Gary Coons, President, Prince Rupert District Teachers' Union, to ask the Hon. the Minister of Labour, regarding the Minister's responsibility for Labour Standards, the following question:--: Now that the Geneva-based International Labour Organization has concluded that six laws enacted by the Legislative Assembly violate international covenants, will the government repeal Bill 18, Skills Development and Labour Statutes Amendment Act, 2001, and repeal legislation that imposed settlements, forced an end to job action and altered contracts?
