Prayers by Mr. Bray.
The Hon. C. Richmond (Speaker) tabled the Auditor General Report on Bill 9 - 2003, Auditor General Act.
The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."
On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 10) intituled Energy and Mines Statutes Amendment Act, 2003, a debate arose.
The debate continued.
The House divided.

The Hon. R. Neufeld (Minister of Energy and Mines) tabled documents referred to during debate on Bill (No. 10).
Pursuant to Order, the House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion "That the Speaker do now leave the Chair" for the House to go into Committee of Supply.
The debate continued.
On the motion of the Hon. S. Santori, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.
And then the House adjourned at 11.49 a.m.
