The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."
Bill (No. 2) intituled Museum Act was committed, reported complete with amendment, and by leave, read a third time and passed.
Bill (No. 17) intituled Motor Vehicle Amendment Act, 2003 was committed, reported complete with amendment, and by leave, read a third time and passed.
On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 4) intituled Agrologists Act, a debate arose.
Bill (No. 4) read a second time and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for committal at the next sitting after today.
Order for Committee of Supply called.
Pursuant to Sessional Order, order called for Section B of Committee of Supply.
(In Committee -- Section B)
Section B of Committee of Supply reported progress of the estimates of the
Ministry of Children and Family Development.
Report to be considered at the next sitting.
Committee to sit again at the next sitting.
And then the House adjourned at 11.57 a.m.

Bill (No. 18) intituled Coastal Ferry Act was committed.
Section 34 of Bill (No. 18) passed, on division.
The Committee rose, reported progress and asked leave to sit again.

The Speaker declared a short recess.
Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor having entered the House, and being seated in the Chair --
Robert Vaive, Esq., Clerk Assistant, read the titles to the following
Acts:
Bill (No. 2) Museum Act.
Bill (No. 17) Motor Vehicle Amendment Act, 2003.
Her Honour was pleased in Her Majesty's name to give assent to the said Acts.
The said assent was announced by Robert Vaive, Esq., Clerk Assistant, in the following words:
"In Her Majesty's name, Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor doth assent to these Acts."
Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor was then pleased to retire.
And then the House adjourned at 5.52 p.m.
