Honourable Speaker:

Your Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills begs leave to report as follows:

(1) That the preamble to Bill (No. Pr 401) intituled B.J. Field Service Ltd. (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2004 has been proved, and the Committee recommends that the Bill proceed to Second Reading.

(2) That the preamble to Bill (No. Pr 402) intituled Kidd Resources Ltd. (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2004 has been proved, and the Committee recommends that the Bill proceed to Second Reading.

(3) That the preamble to Bill (No. Pr 403) intituled Pheidias Project Management (1979) Corp. (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2004 has been proved, and the Committee recommends that the Bill proceed to Second Reading.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 25) intituled Wildfire Act, a debate arose.
