The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

The Hon. C. Richmond (Speaker) tabled the Legislative Assembly Management Committee Annual Report, 2002-2003.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 36) intituled Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services Statutes Amendment Act, 2004, a debate arose.

Bill (No. 36) read a second time and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for committal at the next sitting after today.

Bill (No. 42) intituled Real Estate Development Marketing Act was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 46) intituled Highway (Industrial) Amendment Act, 2004 was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 47) intituled Transportation Act was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

And then the House adjourned at 6.05 p.m.
