Bill (No. 68) intituled Land Title and Survey Authority Act was again committed, reported complete with amendment, and by leave, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 67) intituled Expropriation Amendment Act, 2004 was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 72) intituled Trespass Amendment Act, 2004 was committed.

The Committee rose, reported progress and asked leave to sit again.

Be it resolved that this House recognize the efforts of parents and volunteers who read to children at an early age and the benefits this brings to British Columbia's social fabric and economy in the long term.

Be it resolved that this House recognize the contributions of non-profit organizations and the important role they play in keeping our communities safe and healthy.
