On the motion of Mr. Penner, Bill (No. M 201) intituled Environmental Ticket Enforcement Act was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.

Mr. Mayencourt rose, pursuant to Standing Order 42, to correct information which he gave in a Private Members' Statement on Monday, February 28, 2005.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 20) intituled Supply Act (No. 1), 2005, a debate arose.

On the motion of Ms. MacPhail, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

Pursuant to Order, the House resumed the adjourned debate on the Address in Reply to the Speech of Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor at the opening of the session.

The debate continued.
