Mr. Speaker:

Your Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills begs leave to report as follows:

(1) That the preamble to Bill (No. Pr 401) intituled University of Victoria Foundation Act has been proved, and the Committee recommends that the Bill proceed to Second Reading.

(2) That the preamble to Bill (No. Pr 402) intituled Pacific Bible College Amendment Act, 2005 has been proved, and the Committee recommends that the Bill proceed to Second Reading.

(3) That the preamble to Bill (No. Pr 403) intituled British Columbia Wharf Operators' Association (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2005 has been proved, and the Committee recommends that the Bill proceed to Second Reading.

(4) That the preamble to Bill (No. Pr 404) intituled Westco Insurance Company Act, 1966 Repeal Act, 2005 has been proved, and the Committee recommends that the Bill proceed to Second Reading.

(5) That the preamble to Bill (No. Pr 405) intituled The John Hussey Foundation (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2005 has been proved, and the Committee recommends that the Bill proceed to Second Reading.
