The House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 12) intituled Teachers' Collective Agreement Act.

The debate continued.

On the motion of Mr. Brar the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

Section A of Committee of Supply reported progress of the estimates of the Ministry of Community Services.

Report to be considered at the next sitting.

Committee to sit again at the next sitting.

Be it resolved that the motion for the second reading of the Bill intituled Teachers' Collective Agreement Act, be amended by striking out all the words after "that" and adding "the bill intituled Teachers' Collective Agreement Act, be not now passed at second reading because an opportunity still exists for the parties to engage in collective bargainining."
