Pursuant to Sessional Order, order called for Section A of Committee of Supply.

Bill (No. 9) intituled Forests and Range Statutes Amendment Act, 2006 was again committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 14) intituled Small Business and Revenue Statutes Amendment Act, 2006 was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 15) intituled Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2006 was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

The House recessed until 6.45 p.m.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 17) intituled Attorney General Statutes Amendment Act, 2006, a debate arose.
