12. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $84,868,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Agriculture and Lands, Ministry Operations, to 31st March, 2007.

13. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $2,108,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Agriculture and Lands, Agricultural Land Commission, to 31st March, 2007.

14. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $58,984,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Agriculture and Lands, Integrated Land Management Bureau, to 31st March, 2007.


Section A of Committee of Supply reported the Resolutions and completion of the estimates of the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands.

By agreement, summary debate of estimates passed in Section A (Ministry of Agriculture and Lands) to be considered at the next sitting.

The Hon. J. Les (Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General) tabled the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch, Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General Annual Report, April 1, 2004 to March 31, 2005.

By leave, the Hon. P. Bell (Minister of Agriculture and Lands) tabled a decision document from the Agricultural Land Commission for Sun River Developments.

NOTICE OF MOTIONS

Thursday, April 6

 
60  Mr. Bains to move--
Be it resolved that this House urge the government to ensure that, when a landlord of a manufactured home-park gives notice to end a tenancy agreement in order to convert all or a significant part of a manufactured home-park to another use, manufactured homeowners receive adequate compensation from the landlord and the landlord is required to put in place a relocation agreement that is satisfactory to the manufactured homeowners.
