60  By leave, Mr. Bains moved--
Be it resolved that this House urge the government to ensure that, when a landlord of a manufactured home-park gives notice to end a tenancy agreement in order to convert all or a significant part of a manufactured home-park to another use, manufactured homeowners receive adequate compensation from the landlord and the landlord is required to put in place a relocation agreement that is satisfactory to the manufactured homeowners.

The debate continued.

On the motion of Mr. Krog, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

 
62  By leave, Mr. Lali moved--
Be it resolved that this House requests TransLink to name the RAV Canada Line station at 49th and Cambie Street the "Punjabi Market - Langara Station" to reflect the ethnic diversity of the neighbourhood.

The debate continued.

21. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $236,621,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Community Services, Ministry Operations, to 31st March, 2007.

22. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $25,518,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Community Services, BC Public Service Agency, to 31st March, 2007.

40. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $200,695,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Tourism, Sport and the Arts, Ministry Operations, to 31st March, 2007.


Section A of Committee of Supply reported the Resolutions and completion of the estimates of the Ministry of Community Services and the Ministry of Tourism, Sport and the Arts.
