On the motion of Mr. Gentner, Bill (No. M 208) intituled Utilities Commission Amendment Act, 2006, was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.

Order called for "Members' Statements."

Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."

Mr. Cubberley presented a petition in support of medical safety sharp regulation.

Ms. Kwan presented a petition regarding cuts to the emergency department of Mt. St. Joseph's Hospital.

Ms. Karagianis presented a petition regarding access to Royal Roads University.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Pursuant to Sessional Order, order called for Section A and Section B of Committee of Supply.

9. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $12,482,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Office of the Premier, Office of the Premier, to 31st March, 2007.


Section B of Committee of Supply reported the Resolution and completion of the estimates of the Office of the Premier.

15. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $377,024,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Attorney General, Ministry Operations, to 31st March, 2007.

16. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $60,722,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Attorney General, Judiciary, to 31st March, 2007.

17. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $27,500,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Attorney General, Crown Proceeding Act, to 31st March, 2007.

18. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $1,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Attorney General, British Columbia Utilities Commission, to 31st March, 2007.

45. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $3,264,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Other Appropriations, Electoral Boundaries Commission, to 31st March, 2007.
