39  Mr. Ralston to move, in Committee of the Whole on Bill (No. 39) intituled Electoral Boundaries Commission Amendment Act, 2007, to amend as follows:

SECTION 1, by striking out 87 electoral districts and substituting up to 85 electoral districts”.

SECTION 4 (3) (a), by striking out is to be 87 and substituting is to be up to 85”.

43  The Hon. K. Falcon to move, in Committee of the Whole on Bill (No. 43) intituled Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority Amendment Act, 2007, to amend as follows:

SECTION 2 (b), in the proposed paragraph (a) of the definition of “articles” by deleting 176 (2) and substituting 176 (3)”.

SECTION 31, in the proposed section 176

(a) in subsection (3) by deleting (1) and substituting (2) , and

(b) in subsection (4) by deleting (1) and (2) and substituting (2) and (3)”.

SECTION 31, in the proposed section 177 by deleting 176 (1) wherever it appears and substituting “176 (2)”.
