On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 7) intituled Child and Youth Statutes (Representation Improvement) Amendment Act, 2007, a debate arose.

The debate continued.

Bill (No. 6) intituled Public Inquiry Act was committed.

On the motion of Mr. Bains, Bill (No. M 204) intituled Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Amendment Act, 2007 was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.

Order called for "Members' Statements."

Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."

Mr. Austin presented the First Report of the Special Committee on Sustainable Aquaculture for the Second Session of the Thirty-eighth Parliament.

The Report was taken as read and received.

By leave of the House, Mr. Austin moved that the Report be adopted.

Motion agreed to.

Mr. Simons presented a petition regarding highway needs of the Sunshine Coast.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."
