The House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 25) intituled Health Professions (Regulatory Reform) Amendment Act, 2008.

The debate continued.

Bill (No. 25) read a second time and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for committal at the next sitting after today.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 26) intituled Health Statutes Amendment Act, 2008, a debate arose.

The debate continued.

On the motion of Mr. Dix, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

Be it resolved that this House hereby authorizes the Committee of Supply for this Session to sit in three sections designated Section A, Section B and Section C, and that the provisions of the motion of March 5, 2008, related to Section A apply to Section C. Membership of Section C to be considered at a later time.
