The House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 4) intituled Ministerial Accountability Bases Act, 2008-2009.

The debate continued.

On the motion of Mr. Coons, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

And then the House adjourned at 11.55 a.m.

The House proceeded to “Orders of the Day.”

The House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 4) intituled Ministerial Accountability Bases Act, 2008-2009.

The debate continued.

Bill (No. 4) read a second time and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for committal at the next sitting after today.

Bill (No. 5) intituled Supply Act (No. 1), 2009 was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Pursuant to Order, the House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion “That the Speaker do now leave the Chair” for the House to go into Committee of Supply.

The debate continued.

On the motion of Mr. Herbert, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

And then the House adjourned at 6.24 p.m.
