Bill (No. 7) intituled Police (Police Complaint Commissioner) Amendment Act, 2009 was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.
And then the House adjourned at 12.01 p.m.

The House proceeded to “Orders of the Day.”
Pursuant to Order, the House resumed the adjourned debate on the Address in Reply to the Speech of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor at the opening of the Session.
The debate continued.
On the motion of Mr. Fraser, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

Be it resolved that this House recognizes the important contribution of rural B.C. to our provincial economy and supports the investments made to strengthen rural B.C. for future prosperity.

Be it resolved that this House recognizes the important contribution of the Rental Assistance Program to help keep low-income families in their homes.

Be it resolved that this House supports government’s three year fiscal plan which commits 90% of all budgeted new spending to go toward our public health care system.
