(1) That the preamble to Bill (No. Pr 401) intituled Verigin Memorial Park Amendment Act, 2009 has been proved, and the Committee recommends to the House that the Bill proceed to Second Reading;
(2) That the preamble to Bill (No. Pr 402) intituled Trustee Board of the Church of God, Richmond Municipality, B.C. (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2009 has been proved, and the Committee recommends to the House that the Bill proceed to Second Reading;
