Be it resolved that this House support the creation of the New West Partnership with Alberta and Saskatchewan which will foster free trade, investment and labour mobility through the development of unified and mutually beneficial purchasing, procurement and licensing opportunities.

A debate arose.

The debate continued.

On the motion of Mr. Pimm, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

And then the House adjourned at 11.59 a.m.

Pursuant to Sessional Order, order called for Section A of Committee of Supply.

The House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 9) intituled Consumption Tax Rebate and Transition Act.

The debate continued.

On the motion of Ms. Trevena, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

14. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $68,494,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Agriculture and Lands, Ministry Operations, to 31st March, 2011.

15. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $2,088,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Agriculture and Lands, Agricultural Land Commission, to 31st March, 2011.
