Bill (No. 14) intituled Motor Vehicle Amendment Act, 2010 was committed.

The Committee rose, reported progress and asked leave to sit again.

28. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $54,450,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, Ministry Operations, to 31st March, 2011.

29. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $1,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, Contracts and Funding Arrangements, to 31st March, 2011.


Section A of Committee of Supply reported the Resolutions and completion of the estimates of the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources.

Be it resolved that this House urge the BC Government to conduct a public review of standards and protocols concerning Lyme disease testing, diagnosis, and treatment with a specific focus on meeting accepted international standards.

13  Ms. Karagianis to move —

Be it resolved that this House urge the BC Government to explore the means for providing HPV vaccine to all women in BC under the age of 25 years.
