Bill (No. 19) intituled Finance Statutes Amendment Act (No. 2), 2010 was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 17) intituled Clean Energy Act, a debate arose.

The debate continued.
