On the motion of Mr. Fleming, Bill (No. M 207) intituled Species at Risk Protection Act, 2010 was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.

Order called for “Oral Questions by Members.”

Mr. Cantelon presented the Report of the Special Committee to Review the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act for the Second Session of the Thirty-ninth Parliament.

The Report was read and received.

By leave of the House, Mr. Cantelon moved that the Report be adopted.

Pursuant to Sessional Order, order called for Section A of Committee of Supply.

The House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 17) intituled Clean Energy Act.

Be it resolved that this House urge the Government of British Columbia to call on the Federal Government to ratify the United Nations Convention on the Protection of the Rights of all Migrant Workers and members of their families.
